Good Start for a Good Plan


Starting on April 19 (my first son's 2nd birthday) I began the HCG diet. June 11 the same year I have an appointment to remove my IUD and start trying for a second child. With Ricky - my first - I started at 200 pounds and gained 35. In the last two years my lowest has been 215 and my highest has been 247, both of which happened breifly, only lasted 3 days tops. I usually hover around 230. When I first had him my weight went down to 225 and stayed there for awhile, but 2 years being a stay at home mom and eating junk food the weight slowly crept up to 247! The highest the scale has been!

Back in January we originally decided this summer would be a good time to start trrying for another baby. At that point I was hovering between 230 and 235. I wanted to get down to 200 before getting pregnant again so I could gain the same amount of weight, which I felt like I could handle. However, Easter crept around and I weighed in at 247! At that point I realized I needed to get serious about this. I need to lose 50 pounds just to reach 200 pounds which is a huge amount. I've done HCG diets before, always using different HCG from different places and always getting different results. I had tried HCG before getting pregnant and lost 50 pounds, then 3 times after pregnancy, but since the first try my cravings were unusually strong and so were my hunger pangs and I was unable to stick to it.

I purchased HCG1234 which is kept in a box and to my great surprise is just as potent if not more so than the first bottle of HCG I purchased years back. I was surprised, I had worked for the company selling HCG for awhile and my own thoughts were that if it's not real HCG it doesn't work and HCG1234 is synthesized HCG. I did get a lot of customer service calls of people loving the product and maybe equal complaining about cravings, hunger pangs, diet restrictions, and the taste of the drops. But I didn't run into many people that just didn't lose weight. It was always a fault of the person on the diet being arogant and arguing that their "little" slip up wasn't the reason for their weight stall.

Considering my rush to lose A LOT of weight I went ahead and bought the boxed HCG1234. Lemme yell ya, it's the best HCG I've tried! No cravings from day 1, no hunger pangs from day 1, takes nearly ZERO willpower, the weight loss is consistent AND you can eat some new things which make the diet interesting enough not to get old.

This time around I really feel like I'll be able to go the full 6 weeks and lose the 50 pounds I need to. So far on day

13 I've lost 13.2 pounds and around 6.5 inches.

On this day I can see a difference myself in the mirror. Up until this point I was relying on my husbands "you're always sexy" "your beautiful to me" statements to give me some sort of an idea if there was any difference. While sweet and endearing I wasn't sure if there was a visual sign up my weight loss. It felt better and my husband did mention it looked like I was sucking in. So I took that as a good sign. Today I feel lighter and I think I look lighter.

I've been exercising on top of doing the diet. Of course you aren't putting much food into your body so you have to be careful about being light headed. If you're feeling light headed take it easier. During HCG 500-calorie diet you need to ease into exercises. Start at something easy like a short walk around the neighborhood, some sit ups and push ups. See how you feel and gauge how much more you can do from there. I've gotten into a great routine recently that I've also dragged my husband in to.

I'm doing a 30-day ab & butt challenge in the morning and in the after noons or morning depending on my hubby's work schedule we go for a walk/jog. Somewhere along the line I read that if you walk 4 minutes, run 30 seconds and alternate this for 18 minutes you'll burn as many calories as you would if you jogged a full 90 minutes.

So with HCG and my exercises combined I'm feeling pretty confident that I can reach that 200 mark and even exceed it. Below is the chart I've been keeping up until today.  I'll be sharing my HCG recipes which keep things interesting and adding pictures and even links so you can get HCG.
