HCG Cottage Cheese Mustard Salad

In a small bowl mix together:
1/2 Cup Cottage cheese (lowfat or nofat)
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Croutons:
Put a Sea Salt Melba Toast in a plastic bag and break it apart to what you desire.

Salad:
bag of Romaine & Radicchio pre washed and cut
put cottage cheese mustard mixture on top for salad dressing and crushed melba toast as croutons.


This one is awesome and fills you up fast. Spinach would work great in this and other lettuces allowed on the HCG diet.
