Is HCG Healthy

Dr. Simeons book, the man who came up with the HCG protocol, states that it is entirely healthy. He goes over numerous health benefits. For one it it helps with stabilizing blood, sugar, etc so in other words Dr Simeons claims that some patients have been cured from diabetes. Your cholesterol, LBL, etc, will also stabilize in the healthy range. Things liek asthma have been know to clear up. Not to mental general self esteem from feeling better.

Some can arge that a 500-calorie a day diet can't possibly be healthy. It is not possible and I'll repeat what Dr. Simeons says, "It's only healthy on the HCG Protocol." I know because I've experienced. There is good HCG and bad HCG and the good stuff is really the good stuff. You can easily and effortlessly survive on 500 calories a day for 6 weeks. The way I understand it, your abnormal fat goes into circulation in your system, saturating your blood with fatty cells and this making itself readily available to be burned off by simple daily activities. With HCG the calories your body uses to just stay alive are being burned away from every day activity. In this process your body is absorbing all the vitamins it needs from the fat stores being released. Your healthy, your energetic with your new found fuel, you feel great

I've found that if you don't feel good, it's not good HCG. You are not supposed to cause any harm to your health, you are not supposed to have any cravings, and you are not suppose to get painfully or overly hungry.

I decided to keep my own records of the health I've experienced from the beginning all the way to the end. Not saying my example it the end all be all, but it's something.

Before HCG Health Issues:
Achy and painful knees
